Identity reclamation for high-achieving women at a crossroads - rebuilding self-trust, releasing outgrown roles, and coming home to themselves.
I’m Melissia - and the work I do isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you are beneath the roles, expectations, and years of being the capable one.
I call this identity reclamation.
I’m the oldest of nine, born in El Salvador, raised with responsibility woven into my bones. I learned early how to care for others, anticipate needs, and hold things together.
School came easily. Achievement felt natural. I built a corporate career in HR leadership spanning over two decades. I was the dependable one. The steady one. The woman you could count on.
Until life brought me to a crossroads I couldn’t outwork.
At 39, I divorced, my son left for the Navy, and for the first time in my life - I was alone.
Without the roles, there was one question I couldn’t avoid:
Who am I without what I’ve been carrying?
That season was quiet. Disorienting. Honest. It became the beginning of everything - a deep returning to self-trust, clarity, and self-leadership. And from that, Soul’s Journey Coach was born.
You don’t need another strategy. You don’t need a reinvention plan.
Most women I work with don’t feel “confused” - they feel untethered.
Like life looks fine on the outside, but something inside feels off.
Identity reclamation helps you rebuild self-trust in real life:
pause before overriding yourself,
release outgrown roles,
and choose from what’s true - without guilt.
Who I work with:
High-achieving women who’ve spent years being the reliable one - leader, partner, caregiver, the one who holds everything together -
and who are quietly ready to stop performing strength and start belonging to themselves.
“I feel a great sense of clarity thank to the work I've done with you and the alignment I've found with my core values and overall future vision.”
Identity reclamation is the process of coming back to who you are beneath roles, expectations, and years of doing what’s required. It’s not reinvention - it’s rebuilding self-trust, clarity, and choosing from what’s true.
This is for high-achieving women who look “fine” on the outside but feel disconnected on the inside - often because they’ve spent years being the reliable one, the strong one, the steady one.
This work isn’t about forcing better thoughts or pushing through. It’s nervous-system-safe identity work - softening the inner dialogue, listening inward, and making cleaner decisions from self-trust.
