This isn’t coaching. This is emotional repatriation. Identity restoration. Soul-rooted remembering.
I don’t call myself a coach. Not because I lack credentials, but because that word doesn’t fit what I do.
I don’t fix people. I don’t prescribe five-step paths to success. I don’t believe you’re broken.
Instead—I help you remember. Remember what it feels like to trust yourself. To breathe again. To feel like your life fits your soul.
My work began the moment mine unraveled. At 39, divorced and suddenly childless with my son in the military, I faced a brutal silence....and a truth I couldn’t outrun: I didn’t know who I was without the roles I’d always played.
That pain became my portal. What followed was a deep returning...to clarity, to softness, to self-leadership. And from that, Soul’s Journey Coach was born.
This is emotional clarity. Soul repatterning. Identity restoration.
For over two decades, I led people through some of life’s hardest moments: from workplace investigations to leadership crises. What I learned? Most of us don’t need more strategy. We need to feel safe being seen.
Who I work with:
Women who’ve climbed ladders, raised families, held it all together, but feel untethered inside. They’re not broken. They’re just ready to stop performing and start belonging to themselves.
“You didn’t rescue me. You reminded me I could rise.”
